What Medical Waste Service Will Cost
Our planned transparent pricing model for New Jersey medical waste pickup.
Medical waste pricing should not require a decoder ring. This page explains how we plan to price service for New Jersey healthcare facilities: what sets the price, what is included, and what you will never see on our invoices.
How we plan to price
We intend to price by container and pickup. Four factors set your price: your waste volume, pickup frequency, container count and sizes, and the waste streams included. Small offices with modest volume pay for modest service; higher-volume facilities pay for more. Nothing in the model asks a two-operatory dental office to subsidize a national route network.
What the plan includes
- Containers matched to your volume, with liners and US DOT-compliant labels included
- Scheduled recurring pickups, or on-call service for smaller generators
- Complete tracking documentation with every pickup
- Compliance guidance: NJDEP generator registration, annual report records, staff training
- Straightforward invoices you can understand without calling us
What it will not include
- Fuel surcharges added after the fact
- Vague administrative or environmental fees
- Automatic price increases buried in renewal language
- Charges for pickups your volume does not justify
- Fees for containers you did not agree to

Common questions about pricing
How will medical waste pickup be priced?
We plan a per-container, per-pickup model based on four factors: waste volume, pickup frequency, container sizes and the streams included. Containers, liners, labels, pickups and tracking documentation are part of the plan. Our pricing is being designed without hidden fuel surcharges, vague administrative fees or fine-print escalators.
Does a small office in New Jersey need scheduled pickups?
Not necessarily. Many small New Jersey practices generate modest volumes that do not justify a weekly truck visit. Our planned service includes on-call pickups for smaller generators, so a two-operatory dental office or solo practice pays for collections it actually needs rather than a schedule built for a hospital.
What should I check before signing a waste contract?
Look at pickup frequency versus your real volume, every fee on the invoice including container and administrative charges, the contract term and renewal language, and whether price increases are capped or automatic. Our resource guide on evaluating a medical waste removal contract walks through the full checklist.

No, and we will not claim otherwise.
