Service Areas

Initial route development in Central New Jersey, with planned expansion across the state.

We are building NJ Medical Waste Removal as a New Jersey company first. Rather than promising the state on day one, we are developing initial routes in Central New Jersey and expanding as route density and operations grow. That is how a local company earns its coverage: one reliable route at a time.

Priority launch markets

Monmouth County

Priority launch market for medical waste pickup and sharps collection, from the Shore communities to Freehold and the Route 9 corridor.

Middlesex County

Planned recurring route service for healthcare and professional facilities across the county, including the New Brunswick healthcare corridor.

Towns with dedicated service pages in Middlesex County: New Brunswick, Edison, Woodbridge, Piscataway, East Brunswick, Old Bridge, Sayreville, South Brunswick, Metuchen, Perth Amboy, Carteret, Monroe Township.

Ocean County

Planned medical waste and biohazard pickup for qualifying generators from Toms River and Brick to Lakewood and the barrier island communities.

Towns with dedicated service pages in Ocean County: Toms River, Brick, Lakewood, Jackson, Manchester, Berkeley, Lacey, Barnegat, Stafford, Point Pleasant, Little Egg Harbor, Tuckerton.

Planned statewide expansion

Long-term, we plan to serve healthcare generators throughout New Jersey, including Mercer and Somerset counties as Central Jersey routes mature. Expansion follows route density: we add territory when we can serve it reliably, not before.

Planned service areas are not a representation that active collection service is currently available.

Service area questions

What if my facility is outside the initial route area?

Our first routes focus on New Jersey, including New Jersey, and we will expand as route density allows. If your facility is elsewhere in New Jersey, join the Founding Customer list anyway and tell us where you are: expansion planning follows demonstrated demand, and early interest from your area moves it up the list.

When will pickup service start in New Jersey?

Service will begin after we receive all required governmental approvals, registrations, vehicle authorizations and insurance. We are building our first routes in New Jersey now, and New Jersey is in the initial planning area. Joining the Founding Customer list is the way to get launch timing for New Jersey as soon as it is set.

How do I join the Founding Customer list?

Use the contact form on our contact page, call 848-444-7711, or email info@njmedicalwasteremoval.com. Tell us about your New Jersey facility and what you generate. Members get launch updates for New Jersey, priority scheduling conversations, and a free review of their current waste invoice.

Service is in development and pending required regulatory approvals. We are not accepting or transporting regulated medical waste at this time.
